How he did it was one of two ways.

1) He flew this online and everyone who flew sent the track to him

2) he flew this mission more than once in different positions.

he either got several people to fly this online and then take tracks from them which would show their position in their plane.

Or

He flew the mission several times, each time in a different plane. Got the things linked up to match each other and there you go, various shots from different cockpits etc...

I suggest you try 3rdeye's mod, specially the hit effects one, not sure about your personal taste, but I think that would improve your movies even more.

This is by far the most realistic looking IL-2 movie I've ever seen, and I've seen 'em all....outstanding, kind of reminds me of the old scragbat classic "retribution" from years ago, but with vastly superior camerawork and effects. I notice you had another version where the typhoons and mossies are pointing in the same direction at the start, that seems correct to me, just my opinion of course. This is a showcase of what a short IL-2 movie should be like and put in the "hall of fame"
