Wrong wrong wrong. Why are there so many videos on Youtube of people incorrectly teaching how to truss poultry? Can they not even see for themselves when doing this that they left the wings flapping?

No offense, but this is sooo wrong. You need to learn how to truss correctly before you attempt to show anyone else.
