I would consider it a one-kick machine! I absolutely LOVE stock sportsters of this vintage. Ride em, dont hide em!

Yeah, I have to get a new vid up of it. The bike was torn down over the winter and completely re-painted. Also got a different carburetor for it. Took a Bendix with an accelerator pump and put it on there. Starts on one kick warm or cold now. No choke.

Good job, 1 or 2 primer kicks. Just like a flathead.

Thanks man! Getting it down now though. Runs awesome, and usually starts with 1 kick now that we put a bendix carb off of a shovelhead on it. (accelerator pump)...
