Just got back from Corsica, all i can say is.. WOW! In all my time traveling the world I can say i've never seen such a beautiful place as this. I took 500 photo's all are much as you see here, stunning place, a paradise, touched my very soul. How can there be places still unmarred by the hand of man as this? If you want to see my pictures just ask. Corsica... may you live as you are.. with wonder and scenery of mountains and clouds that took my breath away. Elliott I wish you had seen it Dad.

genoa did, but at the time it wasent a part of italy at the time, italy only came into being in 1870, 100 years after the genoans sold corsica to the french. it never was italian territory.
PS: there never was or is any massacre going on in corsica. if you can prove otherwise feel free to post a source.
