  • Can you guys do a video on how to lose that laaaast bit of bodyfat (that little bit where the belly button is) I know you can't spot reduce/fat is evenly dispersed/first place to put fat on is last place to come off etc, but I've been eating at a 500kcal deficit for a while, still lifting (5 day split) and doing cardio on rest day, and have the upper abs coming out, but I can't get that last bit off. GIVE ME SOME ADVICE MAYN!?

  • @TheManOfRash you need to be getting atleast 1000 calories a day dude thats unhealthy and you cant build muscle at such a low rate

  • @michaeljk700 He says he's eating a 500 calorie DEFICIT, pretty sure that means that he is eating 500 calories less than what he would if he would maintain his weight. So if he needs 2500 calories to maintain weight, he's eating 2000.

  • @TheManOfRash They did a video a few months ago on that, just go to there page and search " lose that last bit of fat" they pretty much said, clean up your diet, stay away from starchy carbs, do your cardio 3 times a week, and drink a gallon of water a day (most of your water should be distilled) hope that helps

  • I do 24-30 sets and I've been making all kinds of gains. So it is happening motha fucka! Seriously, everyone's body is different. What works for hodgetwins aint gonna work for everyone else. Just keep experimenting with different styles of bodybuilding and see which one works best. If 30 sets works for you, and you are not over-training, then keep doing it. The only rule is to obey your body; that's it.

  • hey fellas i tryed this today at the gym. Today is sunday and it was my leg day but i Did 2 sets of Machine Bicep curl 21's at the end of my workout. It felt Great!!! I got such a good pump on my biceps. Working your biceps twice a week is definitely the way to go, I do a 3 days split, wednesday is the original Back and Bicep day. I also agree that working the rear delts twice a week will benefit you always, and i agree with the twins..by saying make sure u use dumbbells to work your reardelts.
