  • what about airtran

  • That safety video sounds much better than the new one.. the new one feels too generic and modern.

Great capture of startup.. those CF6's sound so much more powerful in person.

  • im going to PBI on delta on Jan 15

  • It jst does it amuses me especially the 764

  • @alpena7 the starting of the jet engines are "attractive to us" maybe because its the sound of power. What an awefull sound it would be if we are flying and we no longer hear the sound and we begin descenting. wow!!!!

  • United airlines use to fly 767's and Dc-10's back in the day from cle-ord

  • The type of aircraft has nothing to do with the length of the flight from ATL-MCO.

    It's strictly for passenger demand.

  • Great video. Is this aircraft longer and more fuel effecient than the L1011?

  • Comment removed

  • Oh, yeah very much so.

  • @jmkpns probelly it's newer and most if not all new planes are more effecient

  • Great video and sound quality. I love the sound of the md-88 series aircraft too.

  • man i love delta

  • compared to all the other aircraft, the sound is crystal clear

  • Long Live the 767 400 and those engines are enough to make anyone fall in love with them!

  • gr8 video

  • at 1:10, is that the T gates or Terminal B?

  • yes my bad!

but what do you think of them?

  • they are large but good... i cant wait to get on one of these DL 764's in a little over a month!

  • that is a HUGE plane jnice video

  • I is pretty big but wait till the 777-200lr's come into service!

  • it feels like im on board

  • hey what concourse was that?

  • what flight was it

  • Read description

  • WTF ! no PTVs ?

  • wow flying in a 767 from Atlanta to Orlando that's a very short flight. I would have thought they would use a regional jet.

  • Delta is the is the largest airline in Florida, their frequent flyer base in Florida is enormous. Atlanta is also very busy, why congest it more with 20 regional jets a day to Orlando? These 767's go out full, why let them sit on the ground between international turns when they can be put to use flying domestic runs?

  • Also, it is like a 2 hr flight

  • but using a big jet like the 764ER gets a lot of people moved from one place to the other. and i dont know about most people, im just assuming, but a big jet like this one is way more comfortable than a regional jet

  • probably

  • @764fan well don't forget that they could just be getting moved for and international flight from orlando and why not take passengers with.

  • yeah, think about the destination...ORLANDO...vacation capital, meaning a lot of people.....i'm positive flights on this bird are full

  • the inside looks futureistic the 757 hasnt got the same cabin though nice video

  • I go to Embry Riddle StrattMatt777. And yes the 777 was designed using inputs and specifications from the 737, 757, 767, and numerous other aircraft.

  • oh wow! do you go to the daytona beach campus or the other one

  • hey its 764fan's favorite plane (i also fly those)

  • where was the flight bound for?

  • Orlando ( MCO )

  • But why do that if they have the demand for a larger aircraft. I work for DL and the flights to major cities in FL are usually full or oversold.

  • Why send 3 737's when you can send one 767?

  • that's exactly what i said on another one of 764fan's videos. copier. lol just messin with you

  • they used a 767-400 for that route because they were going to Atlanta. So many people would be put on one flight and then connect to a different airport through Atlanta. It saves fuel to do one big flight rather then sending 1 or 2 or even 3 737s over there to Atlanta. Also, if they flew 737s, they would have to pay more landing fees because they were flying more planes into there

  • no crap the 777 was designed with specifications taken from the 737, 757, and the 767.

  • shidoski, thanks for being the "youtube ass" for this video. The 777 was not designed from the 737 or 757. The 767-400(ONLY) has a 777 flightdeck. You are rude.

  • It's amazing how it's cockpit resembles the 777..Go to Airliners dot com and you'll see how similiar they look..Love this Aircraft!!

  • nice that you got the announcement in there.

  • This is awesome I never have been on a single widebody jet.

  • you where at atlanta wernt you, i reconize the building,
