MARIJUANA DAY PARADE IN NEW YORK

See Youtube video "Marihuanamarsjen Oslo 2011" uploaded by MsSkyguardian, which is footage of the Global Marijuana Day March from Oslo Norway, and compare it to the Pot Day March from NYC, what a stark difference 'ey ? NOT A SINGLE COP TO BE FOUND THERE.

The People marched their march, hung out in the streets and parks, played their music...and not ONE SINGLE COP (or grandstanding politician either) was in sight , beautiful, a much better atmosphere, AS IT SHOULD BE ! I'm a native NYer btw

I went to that "Pot Parade" on May the 5th!!! also went to the one the year before or after....not sure the year....I was a little stoned at the time...Oh yes I am the girl in the brown Pancho and long brown hair and suede boots...LOL the good ol days!

I personally think that marijuana needs to be legalized for medical and alternate fuel uses. People use it as a cheap pain reliever obtained via prescription. It can also be used for paper, glue, lotion, and alternative fuels like ethanol. I don't want a bunch of stoners at my school, I just want the energy and ecologic crisis to end.

@SouthSideKing134 They have in Boulder Co even before back door legalization hit us here in Co! there would be tons and tons of cops on patrol and walking around but never , never arresting anyone that I have ever heard for about the last 6 years on 4/20 and pretty much it was just a slap on the wrist every time you got caught with less than an ounce too! Now there is no stoping weed in Co even HIGH TIMES is coming in april for the Canna Cup!

Marijuana should be legal but not just because im a stoner. its a medicine and it acctually helps people...what the hell does alchohol and cigarettes do? thoes 2 things right there kill people! no one has EVER died from marijuana not once from the pot its self yea maybe sum ones died while stoned but look at the millions of people whove died from tobacco and booz....ITS NOT COOL MAN LEGALIZE TODAY!

it should be legal but its impossible for the government to monopolize it because everyone can just grow it themselves for free and no one would buy what theyre selling. not only that but there would be more and more people who could be self suficient and stop paying taxes all together. and this is exactly what the government is afraid of.
