Hi, i have this same one and when i charge it for more than 4 hours it still is red..and then when i go to record something it just starts flickering then shuts off.

Did you insert a micro SD card? If so, you might want to check the cable, as sometimes they are defective. If that is not the problem, I would contact the company you bought it from to replace it. If us, we will guarantee for 1 year!
