I have to agree with you all the way. I find Cyrus to be perhaps the most insane of all the Pokemon crime leaders. Then again, I suppose you could give each of the leaders a different label. Giovanni was much more practical. Archie and Maxie were just a bunch of idiots. Cyrus is full of epic win, though. Yay for personality disorders!
