As I wrote, which you obviously missed, Andrei is arguably the best shot blocking FORWARD of all time (just look at his stats and compare to other forwards). He is the only forward to be in the top 10 active shot blocking leaders. The res of them are CENTERS. With that said, he is one of the best shot blockers under 7 ft tall, or even 6'10 for that matter. The only other player under 6'10 who consistently blocked shots was Ben Wallace. But even he has a lower career block per game avg. than Ak47
