@SoyaMax Try changing the speedo cable, or connecting pieces inside the dash. If the car uses a speedo gear in the transmission, and is computerized, then the speed sensor is going bad. If it works off the wheel hub/ABS, then the cable is probably about to snap.
Do you have a 323 or protege in the 90s ?
