how can i make a trigger that goes like when you kill something,something happens?

and how can i edit the orc shaman and make its skin human colored. oh and how do you put art effects on heroes (ex. unit with electric effects that are not from skills)

You can't do it with the object editor. You can change the color of the character in it but not in specific details. Just go to world-editor-tutorials(dot)the­helper(dot)net and search for editing SKINS and IMPORTING tutorials.

Question 3:

Do you mean like when an unit is holding an object or is stuck to one? If so, there are two ways: One is in the trigger editor. I'll leave the Events and Conditions to you but in actions, just go to special effects and press add special effect on unit. Chose what you want to be as your effect and where you want to attach it like in the left hand, right leg, head, chest, etc. You can find the other way to do it in the website i showed. Just look for attachments tutorial.

@TheWc3Helper Some spells may not be my original idea but if you read the DESCRIPTION, this video wasn't intended to show that those spells were my original idea, it basically shows that I was able to make them by myself and that I didn't show anything that I merely downloaded and posted. I wouldn't just post videos with content I just stole. I never took the credits for some of the spells I make.

@wii927 i don't know about most of the spells, but for the first one he probably used a AOE spell which is attached to the caster, and in intervals it causes damage to enemy units near him. if you need a more complex explanation on how to do it, i can PM you on it.

@wii927 u need to use the object editor and/or trigger editor. If you're sticking to the object editor, you're only limited to very simple spells like a stronger/bigger shockwave but if you use the trigger editor to edit your spells, it will be more complex like shockwave fury.

Use the trigger editor like this:

Event:

Unit starts the effect of an ability

Condition:

Ability being cast is (spell)

Action:

whatever u want for ur spell

u can even use jass if u want

my point is ur spell is like a exact copy of chilling stream, i can just go and tweak the settings and make the spell look like something else but the basic structure is all there.

how are you so sure I even copied it. Just because my spell is similar doesn't mean that it was a straight copy of it. Different people can have the same ideas but use them differently resulting my spell to be similar to his. DUH

Don't go saying that my spell is just copied from someone else' just because it looks the same.

lol all not yours...different map each time..if they were yours and you were good they would all be in one map, and u create like 4 abilities per hero but show 1? its someone elses map...

look. If you read the description it said these are spells I made ever since last year. Now that was quite a long time right? Ever since last year, I've been making different maps with different spells in it. Have you ever thought of that? If I were to copy and paste all the spells I made into one map that would take a very long time and would be a waste of time. It would be alot better if I recorded them from the maps I made them in instead of creating a new map and putting them all in it.
