Incidently, I'm English - why is there an abundance of American (no Brits, European etc.) freshers groups, choirs, accopelogoes(sic) etc. singing this absoulute Rock Classic - it appears 'Carry On...' is just about your national anthem........?....or is it standard musical fare on your (US) educational curriculum..?

It's just one of those songs that when you are driving around with your friends or whatever listening to the radio and it comes on, you can't help but crank it..... just like Journey's "Don't Stop Believin," anything by CCR or Yelloward's "Ocean Avenue." It's just classic.

I think its just reached a "cult classic" status by now.  A song that was popular when it came out, but was "lost" during the 80's and 90's. It certainly has made a resurgence in the last few years with the younger generation, as it should.

Good solo Erik! Good arrangement, but this is such a widely known chorus that keying it down makes it a bit odd. Like how you handled the Swing sections of the song.
