To all the people asking if your back and hips are supposed to hurt when learning this step..

The answer is simple.. Make sure you limber up before practicing any steps you're unfamiliar with. You may not have stretched/warmed up properly before hand, so, you're probably just a little stiff. That's probably why it hurts.

Also, if you continue practicing this step on a regular basis (don't push yourself too hard), it should get a lot easier, and will more than likely stop hurting. :D
