I am new to both being a vegan and cooking. I made the BBQ Seitan sammich last night and it was fantastic! Tonight, I went all out and made the Seitanic Curry. I actually didn't have any of the rice, so I made it with Quinoa that I cooked with a vegan vegetable stock cube. I also used coconut sugar instead of white sugar. This crap was divine! This man is amazing and knows his stuff. You have a fan for life!
