i've read the book and seen the movie, you don't know the story till you've read the book.

Yeah...the book was much more dismal and had more blood and gore to it (like Delacroix's execution), but as far as book to movie translations, I think The Green Mile is one of the best out there. Definitely better than Harry Potter, at least.

ive wached the green mile and i loved it and i cryed in the end because its such a sad story he saved peoples life and it was not even him that killed them babys it was the crazy man. and he whent and saved the owner of the prisons wife and he and the owner of the prison didnt even say dont kill him like how dumb is that but ill give that film 10/10:)

Hal (the owner of the prison) had no authority to stop the execution, and Coffey said he wanted to die anyway. Didn't you say you'd watched this film? Because you if you didn't do a very good job of it

Well done!! The Green Mile is my favorite book, and there were a few "creepy" moments in it, but you certainly manipulated it to seem terrifying. Good job!!

Well, it's Stephen King, and it definitely has some "horror" elements (all his stories have; after all, he knows that field very well), but it's certainly not meant to be scary, not in a usual way, at least.
