@PEIN303 no targa top sc models ever made. the sc line is a coupe, most com with a sun roof. the only targa top with that chassis is the supra. but that does get me thinking maybe i should look in to some fabrication for my sc300 lol

@PurcellMotorSports26 Pretty much a stock 1jz, AEM EMS, 4" exhaust, running 17 psi. I think in the video it made 380hp/354 tq if I remember. View my other videos and you can see my rebuilt engine starting up

Also, stop it with the "this brand of motor is better, aint no civic keeping up with a 1jz!" They all have their purpose..and if anything the honda engine is something to respect.

I'm not trying to start some online drag racing, but if you threw a turbo on a crx si, as opposed to a sc300...guess who will win?

sounds like a beast man,  still with the w58? I had a auto 1jz that was a blast, always wanted to 1.5jz it, but ended up getting a 5 speed SC before i did, now i'm back in a auto NA-T car. would love to manual convert it eventually, i loved my 5 speed sc

i fully agree, but the SC is cooler and more comfortable if your driving on the street.. Miata would definetly be more fun though. i've had both

@erikbalanza miata was definitely more fun to drive except that transmission was glass at the power levels he was at.

the SC is going to be quite a bit more fun now tho, fully built head, 2jz bottom end (1.5jz) GT35r Twin scroll. do the math for the power levels.

Its a turbo Miata. Their the only ones out of all the cars mentioned that have round a/c vents. And probably a self turbo job or a mazda speed.
