There is an enormous difference between acknowledging the probability of extraterrestrial life and believing intelligent extraterrestrials travel here year after year to abduct us and perform the exact same experiments every single time.

Most scientists agree there is almost certainly some kind of life beyond this planet. It's not really a bold declaration of Spielberg's part.

I really struggle to understand why people don't believe in aliens. Humans exist, that's all the evidence you need. It's that simple. Why, given the scale of the universe, would we be the only form of intelligent life? Look at the vast expanse of different creatures on our planet?

Scientists aren't "listening" to all of the evidence surrounding the UFO phenomenon. Are the 5% of truly unexplained sightings alien craft? Who knows. The point is that SOMETHING strange and magnificent is happening in our skies and the mainstream scientists refuse to "listen".
