I seriously think this is cool but why'd you have to ruin a perfectly good copy of Paladin's Quest? You could've used something that they made a million copies of and nobody cares about like SUPER SCOPE 6 or Mr. Do! or Madden '94 etc.
same goes to people ruining perfectly good drum machines because they want to hear it make robot burp sounds
I'm just advancing the time so you don't have to wait an entire minute to hear the alarm go off. I do it again at 0:46. If I had just let it be, you'd just have to wait longer to see the same effect.
It really does work. In fact, given the hardware I used, it would have been monumentally more difficult to make it work according to your suspicion. ;)
