These beginner workouts will kick your ass and make you pretty strong. They really worked well for me. Now I do some more advanced stuff and like to mix it up with KB, rings, clubs, etc but I'll do this workout every once and a while and still love it.
I'm doing upperbody workouts at the gym Mon,Wed,Fri and running Tue,Thur,Sunday. When would be a good time to work in a kettlebell workout? On upper body days? or maybe before/after a run. Thanks.

Scott Sonnon from tacfit.com says that soft style is the original/authentic method how the russian kettlebell guys trained. As opposed to Pavel's hard style.
During the interval exercises, do I do everything (jump ropes, mountain climbers and jumping jacks) in one set? or do i just alternate whatever exercise I want?

I like to use a combination. If i go 15-20 seconds on, 30-40 seconds rest. I mix and match. Definitely helps the time go by faster.
