  • Thanks!

  • These beginner workouts will kick your ass and make you pretty strong. They really worked well for me. Now I do some more advanced stuff and like to mix it up with KB, rings, clubs, etc but I'll do this workout every once and a while and still love it.

  • that's one pretty tough load for one arm to master...

  • god video, to the point, no BS. Other videos have way too much talk. Thanks.

  • Thanks for the video,

I'm doing upperbody workouts at the gym Mon,Wed,Fri and running Tue,Thur,Sunday. When would be a good time to work in a kettlebell workout? On upper body days? or maybe before/after a run. Thanks.

  • Good Stuff.. I like your routines better than others, to the point, no fuss no muss. Other guys talk too much. Anyways, can you comment on soft style vs hard style. Scott Sonnon from tacfit.com says that soft style is the original/authentic method how the russian kettlebell guys trained. As opposed to Pavel's hard style.

  • Hi what weight kettlebell should I get as a beginner?

  • During the interval exercises, do I do everything (jump ropes, mountain climbers and jumping jacks) in one set? or do i just alternate whatever exercise I want?

    Thanks!

  • I like to use a combination. If i go 15-20 seconds on, 30-40 seconds rest. I mix and match. Definitely helps the time go by faster.

  • Great workout! I'd like to ask though, during the interval exercises, do I do everything (jump ropes, mountain climbers and jumping jacks) in one set? or do I alternate them with whatever exercise I choose?

    Thanks!

  • Just what I was looking for, Thanks!
