I bought Sync in my Ford. Good product but the majority of your playlists will fail. Shocking they made a video of that feature. Do not buy it for that feature (also blue tooth cell phone microphone sucks). Otherwise system is very good!
@bluekitten80 Written a couple of years ago concerning our Ford Taurus. We had to yank the radio. Microphone comment was about our 2007 F150. Truck replaced by a 2011. Sync worked flawless for a while. Again we had to turn off the blue tooth. I will no longer buy the product. Otherwise the truck is very good! I still tend to cringe when I lift the hood and see all the parts made in Mexico. It is a shame so many American jobs are sacrificed to cover executive pays in excess of 30 million a year.

@abovethefray7 i think that in order for the sync to do that is needed that your mp3 files have correct ID3 information completed . just a thought .

(maybe there is a problem with the setting or something you did to the system or your phone settings)
