to fix this problem u need to remove the cover on back of tv (the one on upper right) and reseat the ribbon cable. i did this on mine and now picture is great.
mine also had the same problem so i returned it to hhgreg and they only give you 10 days to return it so yesterday was my last day and got my money back for that piece of shit
