Most of the songs in Knight Rider were covers by Don Peake. Some songs are released on the 2009 Don Peake Knight Rider Soundtrack. They're from "Mouth of the Snake" and the other episode where Michael drives to Neppa (the politics of dancing). Hope this could help :)

in KR season 1, the Hoff went on record as saying he hated having to wear the leather jacket all the time, especcially filming in the car cause they gutted the a/c for the dash, and they always kept the windows up. So it would get to be 110 degrees and he'd still have to wear that damn jacket.
This is a rhetorical question because I am wondering outloud, but if Hoff never liked wearing that jacket in extreme hot temperatures in KITT, why didn't he take it off??
I mean even when it might have been cool in KITT he wore it, or hot, he wore it.
Maybe he didn't "have" to wear it all. Maybe he wanted to wear it.

That's one of or THE greatest mysteries of KR.
Why DOES Michael wear that leather jacket in every episode?
No matter what the temperature is, or how hot it may be he never takes it off, and he always has it on.
Don't get me wrong, leather jackets are very "cool" to wear, but wearing them in hot weather may be a bit much.
