i know, an LP is a lot of work but when you compare this version to the c64 version you get "eye cancer"! ;-)

Why did they make the sprites so big? The character you control looks like a gorilla or something. I don't like the look of it, but I know this is a good game.

This game on the c64 was amazing, I had an amstrad cpc and when I saw this on my mates c64 I was sick.

You "saw it" on the C64, obviously didn't play it for much length of time though :P

I'm just joking around, the C64 version was alright, I certainly wouldn't agree that this version "surpasses it by a considerable length" but this is certainly a lot more impressive and fun to play.

Yeah I love this game, the programmers did an amazing job managing to fit all the boss fights and set-pieces in, I think the airplane section is my favourite bit, they all attack you and then you can see them re-grouping in the background and coming in for another attack (I killed them too fast in the video though)

It's one of those games where if you lose your power-ups at the wrong time everything becomes substatially harder.
