I had seen this demonstration or one very similar to it in the early 90's & immediately thought about several famous sky-scraper fires in S.America. I thought for sure most cities would implement them in buildings 2 tall 4 immediate help to arrive.On the morning of 9/11 when the towers were attacked I kept saying over & over again "if only", "if only" -If only the World Trade Center had made provisions 2 install escape shutes like these-if only.Something could've been donePeopleCould'veSurvived
