there was a rumour about this video game that they ran out of time that is why it is incomplete. There was suppose to be a boss at the end that you were suppose to fight. The NIGHTSLASHER. so really you are playing an incomplete video game................. How poor
Nice video, I actually liked the game when I was a child :D I could also finish it without cheating, it's very easy once you get some weapon (and if you don't walk too fast, because the enemies hit you even if they're dead). I also remember that if you push your joystick down you don't get hit by weapons in any way. It brings back good memories, thanks for uploading it!
@rainstorm1977 I know what you mean. Too bad we have to get old and start critical (cynical) thinking. It might get a little bit easier after the beginning if you can avoid ground level and those indestructable carrycots and motorcycles.

The C64 version looks awful which is surprising. Stallone looks more like Bill Gates in shades. The ZX Spectrum version was much better and faster than this effort. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, glad I didn't own this one. Never seen the film but I bet that this bares NO resemblance to it at all.
One of the sprites bares a striking resemblance to Inspector Gadget ;)
