I didnt watch the Scott Peterson trial, but I watched this trial-EVERY SINGLE DAY. What mother has a child missing for even ONE HOUR without freaking out-for help in finding it!! There are accidents-drownings,over-doses,car accidents, etc. People who have these heart-breaking accidents call 4help. You don't find a child floating in pool, AND NOT REMOVE IT, SCREAMING 4HELP!! Even if my own mother took one of my kids, &didnt return him/her when she was sappossed too, you CALL SOMEONE FOR HELP!!!
Again, I believe CA is guilty. This video is horrible because it plainly states that a mother is guilty if anything happens to her child, solely because she is the mother. That's just plain wrong.

In an interview with Dr. Phil even the grandfather, Mr. Anthony, said that Casey is responsible. If a mother is not responsible then who is? The Florida DCF said the same thing. In fact, Casey probably thought the body would never be found and she would be free as a bird. One interesting thought, though. The Grand Jury indicted her with no body or evidence just based upon her covering up and lying to police. That could have convicted her.

@FiSRe That;s the same thing I was thinking before. Before the body was found, the grand jury felt there was enough evidence. If the case was as weak as the jurors claimed it was, it would have fizzled out during the GJ indictment.

However, Casey was not normal and this video is a little bit of an argument to the extreme to make a point. The Florida DCF made essentially the same statement that Casey is responsible. I don't think that a normal mother or father that cares about the child and something terrible happens is the cause of the harm to the child. They would also report it the same day. Murder is different.

@fourteenKnuckels My wife and I have always said that the one thing that seemed to be strangely missing from the discussion and the trial was the fight between Casey and her mother the day before Caylee went missing. The talk about her being a good mother and all misses the rage that led to the murder. Many murder cases are like that. People know only someone's good side but in that moment of rage someone that looks so good becomes a beast like Casey Anthony.

They misunderstood what "Reasonable Doubt" means; they kept saying they had no cause of death, yet this is NOT REQUIRED to find someone guilty of murder (Scott Peterson to name just one murder conviction). Casey had a moral responsibility towards Caylee, and so did that dumb jury.
one correction the dna found on the duct tape was from an fbi lab tech. they admitted it in court. Put ur fingerprints all over a piece of duct tape let it sit in water for weeks or even months and see whats left. @combatvetlawstudent I did watch the trial and you don't read very well. What I said was the only, and I mean the only dna found on the tape was an fbi lab technicians. It was unknown until they matched with the people who worked in the lab. I watched the whole trial and i mean the whole thing I didnt read bits and pieces. It was unknown dna until they checked against the lab workers. MAYBE YOU SHOULD REWATCH THE TRIAL!!!!!

THAT is certainly a believable theory that something foul was in play by her or someone close to her. she could have been partying while her daughter was drowning, but to say a person is guilty of 1st degree is much harder to prove without reasonable doubt by "ALL" jurors. Yet, Casey was the one whose car smelled of death, had cadaver dog hits and hairs with post mortem banding,
CASEY was the one avoiding her parents, sneaking home, backing her car in her garage nose out even though the neighbors had never seen her do that before (which is what someone who doesn't want the neighbors to see whatever was in the trunk of her car would do) and borrowing a shovel from her neighbor to "dig up a bamboo root" so her already dead child wouldn't trip over it.

No reasonable doubt existed to fact of homicide by negligence which is often involuntary manslaughter. Of course a day care is accountable but to what count of homicide is the issue.

Whoever did this blog forgot to mention that the jury was not allowed to discuss the case or read or watch TV or any other news about the case. Their examination of the evidence was NOT over the period of 6 weeks. It was a TOTAL OF 11 HOURS. It would take a normal person at least a month to examine the evidence. THE JURY FAILED.

@farieanne Well, did you listen to the verses in at the end of the video? Even God is against Casey Anthony. Also, if she was found guilty it would be far better since the lawyers could appeal and also the most likely punishment would have been life in which case if there were evidence to the contrary it could be brought out and get her released. Being found "not guilty" bars any further trial even if new evidence comes out. "Whoso sheddeth mans blood by man shall his blood be shed."

@farieanne I agree with you. It is evident that FISRe is biased against Casey Anthony even before the trial begun. It is easy to do reference to 300 pieces of evidence without even taking the time to review it. The jury in fact spent almost 900 hours of work time, secluded, sequestered, inspecting pieces of evidence, we didn't have access to. They dedicated more than 10% of this year exclusively to this trial, while the rest of the world was watching excerpts contaminated with biased comments.

My wife and I were watching news about Kyron Harmon who disappeared over a year ago in the care of the Step Mother. SHE IS GUILTY. She was the last one with the child and refuses to discuss the case. THE POLICE AND ALL INVOLVED NEED TO WATCH THIS VIDEO. The child is most likely dead. If the step-mother was innocent she would help lead the charge to find who kid-napped the child from a school science fair, but she is mum. SHE IS RESPONSIBLE - SCREAM IT!

Melissa dungan, in Lessburg FL told the police her son was kidnapped when hours before she did something to that child. for weeks people was looking for that child. NO one knows what happen to that boy. is he dead or some where else. I dont think he is dead, because NONE of her family members came down from NY to help to look for him.
Interestingly enough I live in Pinellas County where the brain dead jurors came from. I suppose that I could not stand by and let our county be shamed so much by this "shock and awe" jury. The jurors didn't find her not guilty because of the money they could make, I'm not well off and I wouldn't let a murderer walk free for any amount of money, especially a baby killer..there maybe 1 or 2 people that would do that, but not all 12 jurors..

I so glad that people are upset about me stating that Casey Anthony is guilty even if there is no evidence. I ADMIT IT IS A STUPID POSITION. Now, can I tell you something more stupid than that. A jury of 12 people had 300 pieces of evidence, 6 weeks of testimony, hundreds of pages of depositions. BUT THIS JURY DID NOT LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE. They decided Casey Anthony was "Not Guilty" with a MOUNTAIN OF EVIDENCE based on hearsay statements of the Defense. ISN'T THAT WORSE THAN THIS VIDEO?

The only thing he says about irresponsibility on the mother's part is, "without normal maternal care and protection, any child will die because the mother failed her responsibility. But then he goes on to say she's still guilty even if you throw out all evidence against her. If you throw out all evidence against her, then how can you claim she didn't give Caylee the normal maternal care and protection? Because she ended up dead, you say? Then it applies to all mothers who have lost a child.

What if the body was never found, would Casey be innocent because there was no body? No, it would only mean that she did a good enough job of hiding the evidence. Sometimes common sense tells you things that missing evidence does not show. He also said even if you throw EVERYTHING out, and there is NO EVIDENCE at all, and she does NOT know how the child died, she is still guilty, because she is the mother who is responsible for the welfare of that child, and the child is dead.

@mzjamiedawn Dawn, this reasoning is why the Jury got it wrong. With them, there was plenty of evidence and they voted "Not Guilty." You could investigate and there are cases where there is no murder weapon, no body, no connecting the dots and they are all circumstantial cases and yet the perpetrator was found guilty by a jury. Every case stands on its own merit. You can't make a blanket comparison. This is why the statement "reasonable doubt" exists. For cases like you cited.

@mzjamiedawn So you think that a mother is responsible for her child? That is normally what a mother assumes when she has a child. If there is no evidence, the mother should be held accountable. That is only normal. If a child dies while in the care of a babysitter or day care, are they not held responsible. The purpose of this video was to argue to the absurd to prove a point. The point is that if a mother exercises normal care and a child dies, an autopsy would exonerate her.
By the way, I totally agree with you about a "normal" mother would have called the police right away. I've said I believe she is guilty as sin. My hope is that this gets widely viewed so that laws get passed and even jury rules get changed. This jury could not have been given the correct instructions or they never read them or the evidence. In that case, the jury should be found in contempt of court for throwing a trial just like a fighter would be in trouble for throwing a fight or a sports team would suffer for throwing a game. The rage being felt by America could be put to positive use to demand some changes in our system.

I didnt watch the Scott Peterson trial, but I watched this trial-EVERY SINGLE DAY. What mother has a child missing for even ONE HOUR without freaking out-for help in finding it!! There are accidents-drownings,over-doses,car accidents, etc. People who have these heart-breaking accidents call 4help. You don't find a child floating in pool, AND NOT REMOVE IT, SCREAMING 4HELP!! In an interview with Dr. Phil even the grandfather, Mr. Anthony, said that Casey is responsible. If a mother is not responsible then who is? The Florida DCF said the same thing. HOW CAN THAT BE WRONG? Now if there are mitigating circumstances that absolve the mother, so be it. CASEY HAD NONE! SHE IS GUILTY. EVERYONE KNOWS IT.

BUT, if someone had grabbed Caylee (like with so many others) then the mother is not Responsible. HOWEVER they are Responsible to call the cops right then as any of the others do

People only do that and also lie about a "nanny" when they want to buy time so the body will decompose so bad no one can determine the time or manner of death. In fact, Casey probably thought the body would never be found and she would be free as a bird. One interesting thought, though. The Grand Jury indicted her with no body or evidence just based upon her covering up and lying to police. That could have convicted her.

However, Casey was not normal and this video is a little bit of an argument to the extreme to make a point. The Florida DCF made essentially the same statement that Casey is responsible. I don't think that a normal mother or father that cares about the child and something terrible happens is the cause of the harm to the child. They would also report it the same day. Murder is different.

The talk about her being a good mother and all misses the rage that led to the murder. Many murder cases are like that. They misunderstood what "Reasonable Doubt" means; they kept saying they had no cause of death, yet this is NOT REQUIRED to find someone guilty of murder (Scott Peterson to name just one murder conviction). Casey had a moral responsibility towards Caylee, and so did that dumb jury.

Put ur fingerprints all over a piece of duct tape let it sit in water for weeks or even months and see whats left. It was unknown until they matched with the people who worked in the lab. I watched the whole trial and i mean the whole thing I didnt read bits and pieces. It was unknown dna until they checked against the lab workers. MAYBE YOU SHOULD REWATCH THE TRIAL!!!!!

THAT is certainly a believable theory that something foul was in play by her or someone close to her. she could have been partying while her daughter was drowning, but to say a person is guilty of 1st degree is much harder to prove without reasonable doubt by "ALL" jurors. But homicide negligence was a given the state refused to include for their own motives.

No reasonable doubt existed to fact of homicide by negligence which is often involuntary manslaughter. Of course a day care is accountable but to what count of homicide is the issue.

IF she could reach the door handle and THEY KNEW IT as pictures showed they took themselves, obviously you do not leave a door without childproof locks when a toddler loving the pool could easily get to it. THEY did not give the instruction for negligent homicide aka involuntary manslaughter. THE jury even said they would have given it to her. The state is at fault for that.

The bottom line always being that if you have nothing to hide then you really will do ANYTHING and everything to find your child and never stop until you can no longer draw breath. I firmly believe that had Cindy Anthony not intervened (evenutally) and contacted law enforcement that Casey would never have reported Caylee missing and would have carried on partying regardless..

My conclusion is that had the Prosecution gone in a different direction, for example, going for conviction on negligence, I'm more than convinced, she would have been declared guilty of something. Whoever did this blog forgot to mention that the jury was not allowed to discuss the case or read or watch TV or any other news about the case. Their examination of the evidence was NOT over the period of 6 weeks. It was a TOTAL OF 11 HOURS. It would take a normal person at least a month to examine the evidence. THE JURY FAILED.

Also, if she was found guilty it would be far better since the lawyers could appeal and also the most likely punishment would have been life in which case if there were evidence to the contrary it could be brought out and get her released. @farieanne I agree with you. It is evident that FISRe is biased against Casey Anthony even before the trial begun. It is easy to do reference to 300 pieces of evidence without even taking the time to review it. The jury in fact spent almost 900 hours of work time, secluded, sequestered, inspecting pieces of evidence, we didn't have access to. They dedicated more than 10% of this year exclusively to this trial, while the rest of the world was watching excerpts contaminated with biased comments.

My wife and I were watching news about Kyron Harmon who disappeared over a year ago in the care of the Step Mother. SHE IS GUILTY. She was the last one with the child and refuses to discuss the case. THE POLICE AND ALL INVOLVED NEED TO WATCH THIS VIDEO. The child is most likely dead. Melissa dungan, in Lessburg FL told the police her son was kidnapped when hours before she did something to that child. for weeks people was looking for that child. What I don't get about the jurors, even if they thought there wasn't enough proof to find Casey guilty of killing Caylee, why didn't they find her guilty of neglect??? Caylee was missing for a month and it was never reported...I don't get it!!!
The jurors didn't find her not guilty because of the money they could make, I'm not well off and I wouldn't let a murderer walk free for any amount of money, especially a baby killer..there maybe 1 or 2 people that would do that, but not all 12 jurors..

The only thing he says about irresponsibility on the mother's part is, "without normal maternal care and protection, any child will die because the mother failed her responsibility. But then he goes on to say she's still guilty even if you throw out all evidence against her. If you throw out all evidence against her, then how can you claim she didn't give Caylee the normal maternal care and protection? Because she ended up dead, you say? He also said even if you throw EVERYTHING out, and there is NO EVIDENCE at all, and she does NOT know how the child died, she is still guilty, because she is the mother who is responsible for the welfare of that child, and the child is dead.

You could investigate and there are cases where there is no murder weapon, no body, no connecting the dots and they are all circumstantial cases and yet the perpetrator was found guilty by a jury. Every case stands on its own merit. You can't make a blanket comparison. This is why the statement "reasonable doubt" exists. For cases like you cited.

Just because a child is last "seen" with the mother, doesn't mean the mother is guilty of that child's death. Anything could happen between the time the child is seen with the mother, and the child's death. I want to reiterate, I BELIEVE CASEY ANTHONY IS GUILTY. I signed the petition for Caylee's Law. I am banning anyone who makes a deal with her. BUT, I still think this video, by saying the mother is guilty if anything happens to the child while in her care, is wrong. Too broad a statement.

@mzjamiedawn Again, this video does not say a mother is guilty IF ANYTHING HAPPENS, it only says that a mother who is irresponsible and allows harm to come is guilty. Many responsible mothers have tragedies. I could not say that Casey Anthony is a responsible mother. THAT IS THE WHOLE POINT, ISN'T IT? Please don't make this an indictment on all tragedies where mothers and fathers are truly responsible but bad things happen.

@mzjamiedawn Are you listening to your own statement? What mother or father who lost a loved child to a psycho would lie to throw the police off cource. Did Jaycee Dugard's mother lie to the police all these years and say that she was with a friend or nanny? No, she did not. SHE IS A NORMAL MOTHER WHO TAKES RESPONSIBILITY. Just because a psycho takes a child does not mean that the mother is irresponsible. Watch the video again. It clearly states that we are pointing TO IRRESPONSIBILITY.

@mzjamiedawn No one said that a mother is held responsible for things out of her control. Let me ask you a question. If a psycho came into your back yard and kidnapped and killed your child would you go on a party binge and purposely mislead the investigation? Or, would you do everything in your power to help, even going on T.V. to plead for the life and safety of your child? Don't confuse normal care with irresponsibility which is what this is all about. The example of the day care shows.

@mzjamiedawn but what the video is saying is that since the mother NEVER called and reported the situation, she should be responsible. Being a mother myself I know you can't ALWAYS be aware of what your child is doing, but if your child is missing for any length of time it should be reported...if it's not, it SHOULD be the mothers fault.... just sayin

@89RiSSA07 Please tell me at what minute mark he says this, because I didn't hear it. I only hear him saying even if you throw out all evidence against her, even if you throw out all she did after the murder, she is still guilty of murder. Why? Simply because she is the mother and the last one seen with her. (Around 17:30 mark).

@mzjamiedawn Jaycee's mother is not guilty she reported her daughter missing. Casey never did report it and instead tried to blame somebody else. There is no comparison between Casey and Jaycee's mother.

@cassapollard That's not what this video says. It says the mother is responsible, period. Jaycee's mother allowed her to walk to the bus stop, so according to this video, she is responsible. Doesn't matter if she reported it. She's the mother, so she's responsible. That's why this video is absurd.

My hope is that this gets widely viewed so that laws get passed and even jury rules get changed. This jury could not have been given the correct instructions or they never read them or the evidence. In that case, the jury should be found in contempt of court for throwing a trial just like a fighter would be in trouble for throwing a fight or a sports team would suffer for throwing a game. The rage being felt by America could be put to positive use to demand some changes in our system.

Amazing video. Thank you. Never thought of comparing the liability a daycare would have had, had they been the ones entrusted with Caylee's care at the time of her death and not Casey. Powerful stuff here!
