I ask merely to see if there are common factors among you. It could be interesting anthropologically to see such commonalities. It might even help in understanding how racist viewpoints are passed on.

It's kind of amazing how the government makes us go through all this invasive body-scanners or be groped when they could build hardened containers like these for the cargo. Terrorists aren't going to attempt to put a bomb on the plane with the security at the airports; they'd probably try and slip it through the cargo where the plane would be more vulnerable.
A bomb going off in the cabin would have to be much larger to destroy the aircraft and screening technology is directed at passengers.

Ethiopian in particular... the hijacker was one of these ignorant, self-pitying, sociopathic African nationalists that believed if he could just hijack a flight to australia, the liberal white world would embrace him as a hero. Of course, the captain that fought so valiantly to save the plane in that crash was also black... like everything, it's a mixed bag.
@xsatquest Yes, using race for one's faiures is a very poor excuse, however it's still no excuse for others like yourself, to make racist and generalised remarks because of SOME examples of black people. Most black people conduct their lives in a respectable way and I'm one of them. Lots of whites have commited terroisms... the IRA, the Oklahoma City bombings etc. No-one would ever flag this up as a "coincidence" because they're white.
911 - the only tragedy famous because of who was killed rather than the nature or scale of the atrocity. If the same exact event had happened in Germany, would anyone care now?
