  • Too bad the world will end in 2012 and we'll never see a close-up of Pluto. (Just Joking)

  • Why the main rocket deployed too close from Earth ? how New Horizon travel so fast through the solar system?

I read is the fastest machine ever created that travel in space.

  • Sedna is a planetoid that's 3/4ths the size of Pluto. It's not in the Kuiper Belt, so it's considered an Oort Cloud Object. It's orbit is extremely eccentric, taking 12000 years to make one rotation. It's so far away from the sun that you can hold the head of a pin at an arm's length and it can completely block out the sun. It has a weird red color similar to Mars, and has no moon.

  • very detailed...

  • I really wanted them to do a flyby of Sedna, but it's going in the opposite direction..

  • The New Horison is to reach Pluto by the year 2015.

....and i'm dying to see this event.
