Also, in addition to exchanging Pokemon, players should have the option to choose six Pokemon and have a battle using AR cards (one card for each, both will recieve data from both systems), and use the mic to call out commands to the Pokemon on screen, like a real Trainer battle.

@17KakashiHatake Wait, I just got an even better idea: What if, instead of touching icons to perform actions, you could say commands into the mic, and the Pokemon on the screen would follow them. (Just like in a real-life Pokemon battle.) If you were sending out a Pokemon, you'd just say (example), "Go, Cofagrigus!" and the voice data would be sent to the AR card, and Cofagrigus would appear. If you wanted to return the Pokemon, you'd just say "Return, Cofagrigus!" and Cofagrigus would return.

Hey, here's an idea to make Pokedex 3d even more fun: what if, instead of registering Pokemon right off Spotpass, you can make it like a Wild Pokemon battle in real life. When Pokemon data is received from Spotpass, you can set down an AR card that will receive the data, and show the Pokemon on the 3D screen. Then, you can set down an AR card of a Pokemon you currently have, and use moves with the touch screen to battle the wild Pokemon (like in the DS Pokemon games).
