  • OMG Your very good.♥•*"*•. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ♥•*"*•....10 out of 10..

  • hmmmmmmmm superpretty!!!!!!!!!

  • its very similar to phil pitt's fitness bonanza but with your own unique twist!!!

  • Bloody filthy!

  • what weight are your kettles?

  • what weight are you using?

  • DAMN! I love this video. I'm new to kettlebells. I recently purchased a pair of 15 pounders. I've lost 50 lbs to cardio and minimal weightlifting of dumbells but now I want to take it to a whole new level :) Thanks for this video!

  • Great job!!

  • You look good girl, keep up the work. These exercises look brutal :)

  • WHY????????????

  • I am 52 yrs old..(ugh how did that happen?)... Retired police officer..wish I knew about kettlebells a long time ago...definitely like them better than regular weights! Thanks for posting these! You're a great inspiration! Have you had any injuries? Thanks again!

  • Well this is my second nite watching your videos..Im learning alot...Sorry to bother u with questions..but wondering what your story is..how long you have been doing this? How did you get into kettlebells?Have you been exercising all your life?? What made you decide to put this on a web site? I am definitely sore from swinging my lil 15lb'er last nite ;-)...what do you do to get rid of sore muscles???

  • Backyard a little muddy.....lol.....just proof u can train anywhere.

  • This is the best kettlebell workout demonstration yet! It's not cluttered with 5 minutes of talk and she gets right to the lesson. I'm 58 and I use either a 15 or 20 pound kettlebell for these exercises. I also keep a 10 pound one in the car just right for warming up before a tennis match.

  • @davisracquet Thank you for your nice comment :) I'm glad you appreciate the simplicity of my design. Cheers, Marianne

  • @Kitty8Tim The best things in life are simple :)

  • @davisracquet Except the technique's largely wrong. The swings are missing the hip snap (which makes a kbell swing a kbell swing), and her cleans to rack are using the MALE technique, which women should never use---can damage the breasts. On the one-legged deadlifts her shoulders are tilted---bad. Form is sloppy on snatches, not complete. Using the proper technique, yes, this would be a killer workout. But the cardinal rule of kettlebell is, when you start to lose form, STOP. Poor form is out.

  • Hey Kitty, what kind of gloves are you using? Do they help a lot?

  • @yragcom1 I used to wear these nike gym gloves, but I find i have better control over the Kettlebell without gloves. No gloves is better. :)

  • @Kitty8Tim jesus u r a strong lady

  • @Kitty8Tim hey Kitty, is there a vast different with and without gloves? im thinking tt gloves will help prevent tears on ur hands and tt outweighs the control factor. what is your opinion?

  • 45-59 seconds: what muscle groups are being worked here? lower back?

  • @sailbeyondthesunset Hi, this is a stiff-leg deadlift, which primarily exercises the hamstrings. Lower back will be worked too. Keep the legs as straight as you can with the knees unlocked and your butt and chest stick out while running the weight down the front of the shins.

  • I am not sure you need to lose any body fat, you look to be in great shape. Cool workout!

  • wow i could only do half the reps to start. this girl is something and it took me about 12 minutes or so, which would make sense. will up the reps next week, after i have done this two more times this week.

  • I tried to do a "video response" but it didn't work. I've lost 25 lbs between 2005 and 2007. I was doing karate and training in the basement but for me it was just some sweat going out. if you want to see the video I wanted to share with you, go on my vlog go into the weight management playlist. you'll see the 2005 video. If I was you I would try not to get injured and I would sweat. as for bulking I've seen some girl able to do it but not sure if it's drug free.

  • if I go biking or if even I jog I can do it, but several hours later the knee will start to be painful, sometime with swelling and the day after I will not be able to bend the knee for 24 hours. so I just avoid everything that requires the knee to bend or gives impact to the knee. after a year of strength training I gained strength but it didn't but any of the calories apparently because I just gained back all the weight I had.

  • and finally (to end my comment) I used to be very thin, then I started smoking, then I stopped smoking and gained a lot of weight. Then joined a karate club and turned my basement into a home gym. my favorite exercise was ellyptical trainer (simulating cross country running) I spent hours and hours on this until I tried to start jogging and hurt my knee. since then I cannot use the ellyptical trainer anymore. apparently I have a "runner knee" now. obviously due to overuse

  • had to cut my message because of the character count limitation and I had trouble posting this one (I tried to post an url but I guess it's not autorized.). some bodybuilders are able to shred just by following a strict diet. I'm a big fan of Nick Wright because he posts losts of advises on his workout and nutrition (on youtube). I wanted to give you a link to one of his videos about his nutrition but apparently I can't. so in youtube search for user scondore and look for videos named EATING BIG

  • test

  • wow. this is a huge effort by what are you trying to achieve (build muscle or loose fat)? You are already in great shape. Be care ful not to damage your joints.

  • @fredericl123

Hey, I'm hoping to lose body fat. I think I've enough muscle, I just would like to see it more :)

  • I cannot give you any advise on bulking because I'm not good at it but I can definitively give you an advise on getting shredded. On all the things I've done what worked for me was to sweat like a pig. I spent hours and hours on the ellyptical trainer and when that wasn't making me sweat anymore I started jump rope. For me it's as simple this: if I don't sweat, I just gain weight, regardless on how much strength I gain.

  • You certainly work out hard! Excellent.
