crosby is naturally good at hockey, but tries so hard and comes out great.

at the end of the day, it's sid leaving with a smile because working at something always pays off, no matter what.

just awesome (: but while he may be actually interesting and funny and lives a great life, crosby tries his ass off and is studying the players he's about to play, and really focusing on his game so i have to say sid really deserves success more and i think that's the difference between the two players this year. i don't like either one btw, im a habs fan so what im saying is from a neutral point of view.

I dislike Pittsburgh BTW, and I like Ovechkin a lot more than Crosby, I just don't say I *hate* him unless I'm around my friend who is a Pens supporter (I'm a Wings fan).

@kymon117 I don't hate the fact that he does what he loves to do, I hate his personality and the way he acts, which is basically him. I know that he's a great player and everything, but he's pretty much awful. I guess I shouldn't use the word "hate" unless I'd want them to die or whatever if you wanna be really specific, but I dislike him enough for me to be able to use the word hate, I think.

By the way, I think it's nice how you aren't hating on everyone who you don't like. It's classy. :)

I can't say that I feel the same, but I don't know much about him because I only get to watch the NHL like five or six times a season (I live in Australia and no-one except me, and cool people, care about it) so I don't get much in the way of player interviews off ice, except on NHL.com

@courte28 Alexander Semin knows English, but forms sentences poorly. The reason he does not do interviews in English is because the first year that he was an NHL player, he did a live English interview during a game and accidentally said something negative about one of the other players, and he was thought of negatively for a while after that by some fans, and a couple other teammates were hard on him. Now he is simply uncomfortable to do an interview in English, and scared he might mess up

i hate seeing ovi run players.as a pens fan it's easy to say you hate ovie,bc of the rivalry between crosby and him.as a hockey fan if you don't find this guy exciting you're fucking blind.i was at gm6 in 09 in pgh.the pens lost in ot.this was the first time i had ever seen ovie in person.the fucking dude is electric and shoots the puck harder than anyone i've seen in 18yrs of attending hockey games.everytime ovie and sid touched the puck you could hear the crowd.it was sick to watch.

It's impossible to score 90 goals in modern hockey.Ovie cannot to be compared with Gretzky if it's about number of goals.Different time,different hockey,you know...60 goals now it's like 90 in 80s,imho.And,yeah,Ovie is very attractive and hot dude for me.I don't know WHY,but I think so=)

Ovechkin will never get 90 goals, if he played in Gretzky's time however, he could easily. The intensity and speed of the game, and the skill and fitness level of all the players is WAY higher now. not to mention goalies are better and have way bigger pads. The NHL average goals per game (both teams) has been between 5 and 6 since the lockout. in wayne's time it was mid to high 7's and even broke 8 the year he got 92. there is absolutely no chance of OV getting 90 goals in this NHL.

Because goalies are better than they ever were during gretzkys prime, in gretzkys time, he honestly surpassed the goalies skill with his skill at the time, now goalies have more efficient techniques and I bet nothing like gretzkys scoring will happen anymore

Actually that is pretty old way to put it. Nowadays Washington Capitals is a very very skilled team with Green, Backstrom, Ovechkin and Semin. + all the rest who i don't remember. Pittsburgh has "only" Malkin, Crosby, Staal. Ofcourse they both have the not-so-famous players that are good too. Have to say Malkin is a fucking beast too, but Ovechkin is second to none!

Tiger train 2 hours a day in the gym 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Plays 36 holes a day and spend at least 2 hours hitting balls at the driving range before.

Take one of your saturday off one day, wake up at 4h30 in the morning (because this is what he does) go hit balls for 2 hours, then play 36 holes of golf have dinner and then hit the gym for 2 hours and see how you feel like.
