Dude you can't use a shotgun on Jungle use a assault rifle and/or a sniper. Use a multitasking load out on outpost also so you can switch back and forth from a sniper to a assault rifle. You are right there are a lot of campers on many maps so if you feel comfortable you a silencer it will keep you off the map more. And use more frags they really help.

The trouble with this game is that I am a completionist, and I'm trying to complete weapon proficiencies for the guns that are inferior to others. The difference between a Sigmus and a Sigmus 9 is a little extreme.

It's great to see how everybody tries to help out other ppl with tips tricks and stuff like that. I played counterstrike and crossfire for a long time and the thing that helped me a lot back then, and is helping me a lot with goldeneye now. is map-knowing. If u know the hotspots, campspots and stuff like that in a map u can pick up so many easy kills. I play a lot with the sigmus 9 and get great scores just by using the map to ur adv. just trying to help out!

Useful Tips: 1. Use cover to your advantage...2. If you're using any sniper but the Gambit, USE HEAVY HITTER...3. If you're using any Shotgun but the Masterton, also USE HEAVY HITTER...4. LEARN where people like to camp (it'll improve your game a LOT)...5. Don't use shotguns on Jungle or Outpost unless you're really good, it's just plain dumb...6. Don't rely on ADS Snap, Learn to hip-fire...7. Think about your guns. For example, on Archives, Sigmus 9 if probably better than Stauger. here to help

Yeah ADS EVERY time you see someone if you're an ADS Snap reliant noob. Here's basic tips: Guns to use: Archives: SMG/Shotgun Memorial: Assault Rifle/Sniper Nightclub: Assault Rifle/SMG Station: Assault Rifle/SMG Facility: SMG/Shotgun Industrial: Assault Rifle/SMG Docks: SMG/Shotgun Outpost: Assault Rifle/Sniper Sewer: SMG/Shotgun Jungle: Assault Rifle/Sniper (Follow these if you're just starting out)

On archives i hardly ever aim with a shotgun unless they are far enough away. I actually have gotten some double kills with one shot by doing this. Also i have gotten 32+ kills with 9 deaths by doing this, of course i could've just been playing noobs. Another way to level up faster is stealing dead peoples guns that you haven't unlocked

it is better if you learn to hip-fire and strafe at the same time, so you hit them and they don't hit you. ADS should only be used for mid to long range.

I have a video of me doing black box in nightclub, but didn't do well because it was in the morning and peas just lazy and tired. Great video.

Also, I'd suggest that when you're in close range with a shotgun to ignore ADS completely, and just fire. You're much more likely to hit them and get the kill.

The same goes for if you're in a gunfight where your opponent is strafing around you. Fire from the hip so you can keep up.

I actually disagree with the ADS with your shotgun. The shotgun not all that accurate even if you ADS that why people use it in the archives, because its tight corners that u don't need to aim in. The corners also put you at a disadvantage if you are ADS when you aim the guy might slip away behind a wall. Or he might pop up. A couple of times you and another person ran at each other both with shotguns. That split second it took you to ADS killed you because he screwed it and blew you away.

i think another tactic that works very well... if your just starting out and your matched against higher level players, its not neccessarily a bad thing. to get XP faster, pick up their gun, and use their weapons they drop. Your gun proficencies will get better faster.

You REALLY shouldn't be aiming down your sights ALL the time with a shotgun. It should be:

Close range: Hip Fire

Mid range: Aim Down Sights OR Hip Fire (Depends)

Long Range: Swith to a secondary weopon or get closer.

Take it from someone who is actually good at the game. those who have a Stauger.. give it a silencer, add heavy hitter and hi-cap mag. ..sprint around Archives, aim down scope and you get 30 kills in 7 minutes

Here's the issue that I see with that situation. Most of the time on Jungle, you aren't "close range" at all. I get it if you use multi-task and have a shotgun as your secondary for whenever you run into small corners or something. But having it constantly in the level is something that I would never recommend to anyone. Not sure what you plan to do about all the snipers that hide in the bushes. I also consider a shotgun to be a gun that people use when they can't aim...

heres a tip ppl get to lv 17 as fast as u can then use all the default guns and pistals with the 3rd perk as bio booster most people dont have that yet and you want to get the exp from using the default wepon challenges done before people catch up. Because thoes guns are terrible and cant outshoot somoeone with any unlocked guns. oh and p99 is shit it shoots way to slow so do that first then ak then sigmus then other pistal then the first shotty in ur own order(bio booster = 50%more health)
