In my opinion I dont believe that Tim was trying to use quotes and facts to blindside people, but use them and analyze them to the best of his ability to inform the public about the issues that were most important. It was essential for him to use quotes and facts.. He was a lawyer and political analyst- someone who wanted people to back their words especially our political leader.
