The last couple of episodes (second half of season 2) have been some of the strongest so far... Keep hoping that a horde of maggot-mouths find the farm soon though so we can see our characters in some fresh scenery. Fuck the farmhouse.
I really love Walking Dead but I think they need to be careful, the balance of the episodes are too doom and gloom, sure, its a zombie holocaust, but they need to throw a few more positive things in there. I hate the fact every episode ties nothing up either.
GUYS IM UPLOADING THE SECOND HALF OF SEASON 2 ON YOUTUBE GO TO MY CHANNEL AND SEE MY MAIN VIDEO!! IM SERIOUS GUYS CHECK OUT MY CHANNNEL IM NOT LYING :)
@Tia6685 It actually isn't a new season- the show had what was called a 'mid-season finale', where the season is split into two parts, usually to make room for holiday and new year/new show type programming. Regardless- awyeah more Walking Dead.
shane is starting to become a douche trying to kill everyone.like on one episode shane grabs the guns and wants to go kill rick cause hes mad cause its not shanes son.i wonder what theyll do with him after the mid season break :)
why coppy the comic when that version already exist? Do you keep up with the comic? I just started watching the series. when I get around to reading the comic, I don't want to read the exact same story and the exact same charactor ark. I want to read something new. What say you on that?
@skyhime is assumed that the series has to adapt to the history of comics. is not the same as reading a comic that you can see a series based on comic book history. by copying the comic? because the series is based on the history of comics. the history of the series is not madeout of nothing. was made in the history of comics. is a bit annoying for fans of the comic. (sorry if my english is bad. its not my nature language)
@skyhime Have you seen the movie Resident Evil? you've played the game? the movie does not follow the history of the game. If you've played the game you will see the huge difference between the movie and the videogame. in the movie they completely distorted the story, while damaging the story. for some it is a good movie, for others like me, it sucks. I do not want the same thing happens to Walking Dead
lol!!!!!!!! that's what I said. man, all the really good actors are either british or auzzie. I was quite shocked to find that Spike from buffy was actually californian! = ^ o ^ =
Ill tell you how the first 3 seasons are going to end Shane gets shot by Carl because Shane tries killing Rick and so Carl kills Shane and that's how the first book ends in the book series
@SuperHeavyMetal565 If the plot of the show completely followed the plot of the comic series, Shane would already be dead (and Merle and Daryl wouldn't exist). So there's a huge chance that that won't be how he dies, if he dies at all.
@Thewomanshocker So there won't be this huge gap between seasons. If you remember, by the time season 2 came out this year, we forgot pretty much everything in season 1.
(1/6) Episode opens with Glenn revealing the presence of the walkers to the rest of the group, who promptly proceed to freak out. Maggie becomes angry with Glenn for not keeping the secret and ruins his hat in retribution. Dale gives Glenn his trademark hat as a replacement. Maggie later makes a plea to Hershel for the group to stay. She and Glenn also have an argument about the walkers, after which they eventually admit their feelings, kiss and make up.
(2/6) Rick and Hershel argue, with Hershel demanding the group leave within a week. Rick uses the my-wife-is-pregnant card, but Hershel's not persuaded. Shane also wants the group to get the hell out of there because of the walkers in the barn, but Rick uses the same excuse to cool him down. However, Shane then becomes convinced that Lori's baby is his.
(3/6) Dale takes off with Shane's guns to hide them in the swamp. Shane tracks him down and demands he give the guns back. Dale points his rifle at him and threatens to shoot. However, he backs down at the last moment, since he has no wish to become like Shane: he reveals that he knows Shane shot Otis and lied about what really happened. Shane heads back to the farm with the guns.
(4/6) Hershel has Rick help him and Jimmy try to fish some walkers out of a nearby pit of quicksand and lead them into the barn with snare poles. He says the group can stay on the farm if they agree not to kill the walkers. They arrive at the farm about the same time Shane emerges from the swamp and hands out guns to other members of the group.
(5/6) Shane sees the snared walkers and goes berserk. He yells at Rick and Hershel as they guide the walkers towards the barn, with the rest of the group and people in the farm looking on. He pulls his sidearm and unloads it in the chest of one of the walkers, demanding to know "Could someone who's alive just take that? Why is it still coming?" Hershel has no answer.
(6/6) He finishes off the walker with a headshot, grabs a nearby pickaxe and breaks open the barn door. Walkers pour out, T-Dog, Daryl, Shane, Glenn, and Andrea form a line and open fire. Once the dust clears, one more walker emerges. Sophia. Rick finally steps up next to the others, pulls his six-shooter and kills Sophia with a shot to the head. End episode.

Best part of season 2 so far is when they found the zombie in the well. Other than, I've been getting sleepy watching it. They also need to bring back the father and son, Morgan and Dwayne, who let Rick into their home in the first place. I guess we're supposed to assume they're zombies now? Who knows. The Walking Dead season 2 = Days of Our Lives season 2.

Season 2 has been kind of boring. I think they have forgotten that the zombies are the stars of the show. I'm hoping that episode 6 starts to pick things up and fulfill its potential. But typical American tv, too much drama and bogged down ethics amongst the characters. Best zombie tv show is Dead Set from the UK.
The best example of a show combining horror with some drama is American Horror Story.
@Rexhungus I agree Season 2 has been disappointing. I'd like to have seen them explore the idea of survivors meeting zombies who used to be loved ones. But it just one implausible scene after another.
I'm hoping season two starts picking up myself, character development, etc. is good up to a point, but really, the missing kid angle should've been rapped up by the third episode with her being found either living or dead/undead. I mean, really, she hasn't been on the show for pretty much the current run of episodes over the past month, it's not like Sophia would be all that missed by the audience at large by this point, she's probably the most expendable character right now.
If these guys don't start moving forward with the show soon im gunna quit watching. 5 episodes now in and not a fucking thing has happened this season, im truely disappointed in this season and if they dont start speeding things up a bit and reveal wtf happened to Sophia I'm done with this series. Season 1 AWESOME!!, Season 2 SHIT :( sorry but today im a hater too
Unfortunately, season two is very disappointing to me. They've decided to focus so much on the relationship issues and kids they are forgetting that people want to watch zombies. Either the writers don't get it, or the budget cuts at AMC have forced the writers to cheapen out when it comes to action scenes. You can save a lot of money by shooting several conscutive episodes in a farm house.
I think that the story line of this drama is amazing. i think the actors are brilliant and i think that they should continue with making more seasons, and possibly even a film. Every time i watch an episode i am sad to see the end of it. i get that into them they seem to end so quickly, it's unfortunate that i am from the UK as we are 5 or so days behind you Americans as you get to see it on AMC and we have to watch it on FX on F#ridays.

@Tia6685 It actually isn't a new season- the show had what was called a 'mid-season finale', where the season is split into two parts, usually to make room for holiday and new year/new show type programming. Regardless- awyeah more Walking Dead.

why the serie did not follow the comic?
Supralord86 2 months ago
@Supralord86
why coppy the comic when that version already exist? Do you keep up with the comic? I just started watching the series. when I get around to reading the comic, I don't want to read the exact same story and the exact same charactor ark. I want to read something new. What say you on that?
skyhime 1 month ago
@skyhime is assumed that the series has to adapt to the history of comics. is not the same as reading a comic that you can see a series based on comic book history. by copying the comic? because the series is based on the history of comics. the history of the series is not madeout of nothing. was made in the history of comics. is a bit annoying for fans of the comic. (sorry if my english is bad. its not my nature language)
Supralord86 1 month ago
@skyhime Have you seen the movie Resident Evil? you've played the game? the movie does not follow the history of the game. If you've played the game you will see the huge difference between the movie and the videogame. in the movie they completely distorted the story, while damaging the story. for some it is a good movie, for others like me, it sucks. I do not want the same thing happens to Walking Dead

Ill tell you how the first 3 seasons are going to end Shane gets shot by Carl because Shane tries killing Rick and so Carl kills Shane and that's how the first book ends in the book series
SuperHeavyMetal565 2 months ago
@SuperHeavyMetal565 Yeah but in the TV series they've already left the camp. In the comic Shane was killed at the camp.
jotham97 2 months ago
@SuperHeavyMetal565 If the plot of the show completely followed the plot of the comic series, Shane would already be dead (and Merle and Daryl wouldn't exist). So there's a huge chance that that won't be how he dies, if he dies at all.

Best part of season 2 so far is when they found the zombie in the well. Other than, I've been getting sleepy watching it. They also need to bring back the father and son, Morgan and Dwayne, who let Rick into their home in the first place. I guess we're supposed to assume they're zombies now? Who knows. Just me or Jeffrey DeMunn outclasses every other actor of the series?

Season 2 has been kind of boring. I think they have forgotten that the zombies are the stars of the show. I'm hoping that episode 6 starts to pick things up and fulfill its potential. But typical American tv, too much drama and bogged down ethics amongst the characters. Best zombie tv show is Dead Set from the UK.
The best example of a show combining horror with some drama is American Horror Story.
Rexhungus 3 months ago

Season 1 AWESOME!!, Season 2 SHIT :( sorry but today im a hater too

damn that british guys accent in the show is spot on
able506 3 months ago
