But the same people are not willing to pay 99 cents for a song that pump them up, cheer them up, make them fall in love again, play at their wedding day and entertain them and stay with them for as long as they like the song.
Technically no one is 'stealing' anything they are just infringing on the copyright which makes it a civil matter not a legal matter and so therefore is NOT a crime!
