  • @mvsixth I dare you to don't write stupid comments and think before posting

  • Is it weird that I think lava looks tasty?

  • @omanyte10 Is fluid rock of unknown composition, when lava solidifies, it oxides, (combines chemically with Oxygen) and becomes something else, so you're being tasty about something nobody know their true composition and can fry any body part on contact, you still think is "tasty"?

  • @saultube44 I obviously know that its not edible and its super hot and will burn you on contact. I just mean it looks tasty u know! But that doesn't mean I actually wanna eat it!

  • Ahhh that should be enough obsidian to make a nether portal.

  • Aldo Wing at the age of 6 years old escalated an active volcano in Central America in the jungles of Guatemala as an American guide to explore the volcanic activity to determine when Earthquakes hapen...of course he had no clue of what he was involved with...

  • If only I could poke it

  • why do i wanna poke at it with a stick :/

  • you can actually stick your hand in it and pull it out real fast, but make sure to have a bucket of cold water.

  • @MariusGuitar2007 your thinking of molten lead :P but ill test and see if people can do that with lava

  • @riceicles123 I was ironic :P:P you can't even be near it before your flesh starts to fry ^^

  • Really wanna see from Near !

  • mama mia!!!

  • "oh its really hot," are you serious it is hot lava...

  • pass da marshmellows...

  • "Do not touch lava" Wtf.. U couldnt even bring your hand close enough before ur hand burns up literally.

  • Not quite.

  • You can light a cigarette off of it and not burn your hand.

  • good

  • do not touch hot lava!

  • I've always wanted to spray lava with a water hose, just to see if I can stop it in its tracks. I'd probably just get burned by the steam though.

  • wow... amazing.

  • Is it just me or does it look tasty? I would be way too scared it was gonna suddenly spurt everywhere an melt me, lol.

  • people dont melt, they burn

  • the wicked witch of the west melted. ha ha ha...

  • @deora2dude yes bit if you jumped in a bunch of lava like a pool or a body of it your skin would melt of your face.

  • @deora2dude they evaporate

  • @deora2dude They don't melt or Die? MAN I'VE BEEN STUPID BACK THEN ABOUT LAVA!!

  • isnt that blocky lava

  • OMG , Try Touching It ... It's Burning Hot :D

  • stick your finger in it...well, hey why not?

do snow angels in it >.>..

  • why is lava so hot, and yet it isnt steaming?

  • Because it has lost it's dissolved gasses. The most common gasses in Pahoehoe lava are water vapor, carbon dioxide, and few other gasses but only trace amounts. Lava exposed at the surface is constantly cooling and loosing it's gasses. As it does this it slows down and begins to turn into a A'a type lava.

  • you're pretty smart ;). thanks man..i've been wondeinr about that, because right now in science class we're studying volcanoes. i really needed that..thanks ^^

  • if it were hoter it would turn into gas and create vapor.

  • no.

  • its steaming alittle

  • weed

  • hey then why not swim in it i'll go with ya

  • that'd be cool, man! see you there! xD

  • LOL

  • Pahoehoe lava's have a basaltic origin. It's also called rope lava, because of the strange textures it leaves behind after cooling

  • TOUCH IT I DARE YA

  • wow!

  • WHO'S got the (marshmellows)???? lol

  • can you actually get close to it

or did you just zoom in

  • I dipped a 'sample' out of it using a rock hammer. It's uncomfortably hot but you can get that close.

  • @huskies4all Wow, would love to do something like that. is there enough spots like that to which it's easy to find something to reach into, or dip into ?

  • @huskies4all if ur in front of a campfire the lava is ten times hotter for me!

  • @huskies4all not trying to be mean but if u step one meter near it u will cook its true trust me

  • @roxygrl456 its very slow moving so its pretty safe to be near

  • @roxygrl456 lol old comment respond sorry but i had too say this go in your kitchen if you have a eletric stove and turn it all the way up and know imaigine that 10x hotter if the coils on the stove are orange its right i have a stove from the 50s so um your may be diffrent but yes they did not get too close prob if you look at my channel you will know why what i am talking about because i know what i am talking about if you look at it you will know i do (sorry for the brain scrambler...)

  • look its shiny and hot

  • aggreed.

  • dont touch that

  • I fell in some lava once, it was bloody hot

  • tase like spicy fruit lol

  • I wonder what it would taste like if you could eat it at that temperature?

  • Molten rock is my guess.

  • hmm more like this

AAAHHHH!!! I GOT 2,000 DEGREE MOLTEN LAVA IN MY MOUTH!!!!! lol

  • Lol, true.

  • there's something about lava flows... its just amazing.

  • According to my science book, there are 3 types of lava and magma. Basaltic, Andesitic, and Granitic. Search them on google and you could find a lot of info on this.

  • i think that im correct in thinking that the basaltic lava is often pahoehoe, since it is runny and low viscosity, and the more silicate the lava has, the thicker it is.

  • imagine what would happen if someone fell in it.....

  • isn't it obvious?

  • when i was in hawaii i filmed lava right i dropped my camera and it was close to the lava it and lets say....i had to but a new camera

  • Throw something in it

  • and that is how they make liccorice.

  • wow... amazing.

  • pahoehoe rules, so much better than a'a
