I love my 4th gen maxima. I too have taken an SI at the track, a friend of mines 2010. I pulled a 14.98 and he pulled a mid 17. Of course SI's are faster than 17, he was being a pussy because it's his new car. lol.

@Latincitizen what!? I hope you're joking...the SI does 0-60 in around the 7 second mark...any manual maxima built after 95 can potential beat an SI...especially a 2010 with 290hp can rape an SI as it does 0-60 in 5.3 sec. A closer race would be a 2000-2001 maxima vs a civic SI

Check out the stats dude, 2010 3.5 gets to 60 mph in like 5.6 seconds, the civic si does the same in like 6.7 seconds. Quarter mile for the maxi is 14.5 @ 98 mph, civic si does it in like 15 seconds. Sure it might be gaining on it, but stock for stock, the civic si sucks ass at less than 200 hp on a tuned 4 cyl.
