Why is Elisabeth saying "Poor little terrorists..." They haven't been convicted of anything. You can't treat them as if they have been found guilty before they have been found guilty. Everyone seems to be forgetting that this is a trial, as in, to figure out if they are actually terrorists or not. You can't just decide someone is guilty before they have been convicted. You have to approach this as if they were innocent until proven guilty, otherwise what's the point of even having a trial? You can't go into a trial assuming someone is guilty, that's not how it works. It's a strange situation because we all know who was responsible for the attacks but you really can't try and evade the legal system, it is the way it is to protect us, to make sure we get a fair trial. If you want that protection for yourself you have to appreciate the system we have.

The Bill of Rights applies to every human being, not every American. This is one of the things that distinguished it from the English Bill of Rights which applied only to English citizens. The U.S. Bill of Rights is not that way. What you're saying is not in the Constitution.

You have to approach this as if they were innocent until proven guilty, otherwise what's the point of even having a trial? You can't go into a trial assuming someone is guilty, that's not how it works. It's a strange situation because we all know who was responsible for the attacks but you really can't try and evade the legal system, it is the way it is to protect us, to make sure we get a fair trial. If you want that protection for yourself you have to appreciate the system we have.
