I like this post, i think its good for students to see both the higher grade demos etc, and the students of aikido practicing and learning to become the future higher grades. I'm no expert, but isn't it good to see both the progress you've made (what your doing well) and where you can make future progress (what your doing wrong, or could correct/improve? I agree with "PRehse" and notice informal mentioned and would like to see your uploads towag...
I only ask because you can see she was trained by someone with a direct connection. If I was picky I could make a list of what I would change but the essential elements are all pretty well represented.

It does look pretty relaxed (the poster said it was informal) but she has good posture, decent ido-rokyo and precision. I never met her, how long was she at Honbu.
