  • tsblalecki . We rarely use antibiotics mixed with the bone graft. We use preop and post op antibiotics for a short duration and we obtain culture from the wound since we are there. Healing the fracture will help to fight the infection

    What form of antibiotics are used, oral, iv or at the site of injury - such as being mixed with the bone graft?
