I am trying my best to get a ''Babar dvd petition'' availble on petitiononline. but it is a very busy website and I have already posted a petition online and am waiting for a response from them, so far it's taking a long time.

Yeah, sometimes those kinds of things can take a while. No worries. Just send me a message with the link for the petition, when the petition goes live, and I'll post it on my Babar website to give it more exposure.

Till then, anyone who registers at TvShowsOnDvd. can do a search for Babar and then vote for (more of) the show to be released on region 1 DVD. It's a smaller scale thing, but maybe it will help some, too.

There arent a whole lot of Babar episodes available on region 1 DVD (and there is only 1 episode from the first two seasons available on DVD). If you search on Amazon for Babar DVD, you will see a Listmania list that lists all the region 1 Babar DVDs released, so far.

The DVDs are very nice and I highly recommend them, if you can find them to purchase. You can also find them on eBay, every now and then.
