si mira mis videos de hehco tengo 4 ninfas y un agapornis y andan juntos pero ese est aemparajeado si alzo al aninfa el se pone loco y la sigue x toda la casa ahora lo q pasa es esto si tu crias a un agaporni o ninfa solo pues ellos se acostumbran a los humanos pero como lo crie con otras aves pues ellos solo andna entre ellos mi agaporno no pica es manso pero solo q para agarrarlo primero hay q corretearlo ya cuando ve q esta atrapado sin escape se deja agarrar pero no pica no es agresivo

Hola! Los mios son dos especies diferentes de agapornis. Y tambien los mios son dos machitos. Los especies diferentes no deben juntar. Si quieres buscar una pareja de agapornis, debes buscar dos roseicollis o dos fischeris. Roseicollis y fischer son dos de los nueve especies de agapornis. Son pajaritos bien simpaticos y lleno de energia pero necesitas entrenarlos bien y darles mucho carino. Es mas facil amansarlos cuando estan bebes pero hay trucos que puedes usar con los aves mayor tambien. :)

@megangatita Muchisimas gracias, le comente a mi novia sobre comprar 2 agapornis de la misma especies. Me puse a buscar en internet y encontre una tienda en california donde lo venden express. Cada uno cuesta $25 bueno depende la especie, los que me comprare son dos de $25. Soy loco con los animales principalmente con los Gatos pero a mi novia no le gustan los gatos entonces decidi buscar por aves y encontre agapornis y se ven bien divertidos y que pueden hacer buena compañia. :)

Quieres compar de una tienda limpia... y de un criador que es bueno.... es responsable y que cuida sus pajaritos. Hay muchos criadores y tiendas. Quieres compara un agapornis saludable y tambien criador de mano. Son mas faciles. Buena Suerte! Ten Cuidado con ese tienda express que buscaste por internet tambien! Mejor ir a una tienda local!

Hola, si fueron criados a mano pero para mi son vidas salvajes y todos traviesos!!! jajajajaaaa!! Es mucho mas facil entrenarlos cuando estan joven/bebes. Y como los entrene???? Como todas las mascotas.... con mucho amor, carino, y paciencia!!! omg, really? when you get a new bird, you have to take a week to keep them separated in different cages, to get used to one another and also to make sure the new bird does not carry any diseases that can pass on to your other bird! What did you do with the boyfriend?

@megangatita The boyfriend, well actually i think she was a girl but.. anyway she wasn't a lovebird. She was a chick and I put her with the bird because they were the same size and I wanted to see what would happen. Trixie was NOT happy. The chick was my dads so we kept her. In a few months she became a big, pretty chicken and then a hawk came along and killed her. I miss her so much :(

Yes! :D!!! I will have to get Mami gender tested definitely!! :) It would be so nice to have babies!! But then maybe I will have babies every year and then what will I do with so many babies!!? :D!!!! No, Maxx the fischer has me!!! LOL!!! :) In reality, it is just a dream to have a lovie family, I am happy to have my lovebird friends! I never planned to have lovies as these are rescue birds, but now I really really do love them so much!!! :) But I am not at all interested in breeding :) Thanks!

With Birds You can control it rather easy

don't give too much food

don't give food that stimulates breeding

don't give them an nestblok nor nesting material

or you just replace the real eggs with fake eggs

this simpel tactic has always worked here with my lovebirds

and in the past I used to this aswell with my canaries and finches
