the saga of transformers animated are more with human-like robot forms....especially Ratchet's character.. seen the robot form of Ratchet in toy stores way back...and i know Optimus' Axe and sheild can turn to a gun... i also seen similarities with this toy and the Transformers Classics version of Optimus Prime.

Hey peaugh, I messaged you a few days ago about whether or not I should pick this up. I ended up running into him at Toys R Us today and bought him. He's awesome, I'm so happy I got him. There are just a few errors with the paint job but all in all, it's pretty good. I like how you altered your axe, it's a little too long for my taste.

@Touya82TT that's not entirely true. one of his vehicle mode trailers slides over his trailer port and turns him into a firetruck. otherwise he is just a truck with sirens and lights, or, if he needs to be, a truck with sirens and lights and a G1 style trailer.

unlike most people i think the voyager is better because of the movable face guard the swivel down part of the transformation and how the axe can accually be a jet pack and the rest of the transformation in truck mode thats my point of view

I love this figure. not really, the prime from 2 pack has wheels at his shoulders and have smokestacks. Animated prime doesnt have those. The only good thing about that 2 pack is that axe, which some people buys both the 2 pack and Earth Mode Voyager Prime and then take the axe from 2 pack and equipped it on the Earth Mode Voyager Prime.

Voyager Earth Mode Prime is by far most show accurate by far...

2pack Prime is a good figure but if you want a good Earth prime, get Voyager. NO other prime is better. :D

There's no such thing as "Show accuracy". The toys are designed first. It's the show that's getting it wrong.

I've actually just read no to long ago that the character designs for the show were made in tandem with the toy designs, so each were modeled off each other. As for the movie, the vehicles were great, but I'm no so big on the robot modes anymore. After the high accuracy of the animated figures, the movie toys are starting to look like crap.

Well, I'd agree with you that energon and cybertron are extremely detailed, but they still miss some of the details of the show. Now the movie figures, that's a whole nother story. I still like animated the best because of the individuality. The figures are all different scales. Plus, I like how there are no full line gimmicks. I enjoyed minicons, but it got a little boring with the cybertron keys, and then we had the movie automorph features. Its good to have a breath of fresh air now and then.

From first to last, I'd say Voyager Prime, Cybertron Prime, then Battle damage Prime. AS for numbers:

Voyager Prime - 9

Cybertron Prime - 8.5

Battle Damage Prime - 7
