Right on bobbette7! I hope the gal didn't pay a bunch for him to take off her baseball cap and remove the rubberband. No offense, but I just don't call this a makeover.
A NEW hairstyle would have involved cutting the hair above the shoulders! (surely to chin-length and preferably shorter) Not thinning out her "already too long & still way too long" stringy hair! Lifeless, drab, & completely NOT sexy or businesslike. Oh but its still "long & can put it up in a ponytail!" (take away those requests and you'd have a style!)
Eyebrows are too thin. Need to grow out and get reshaped
