To make it alot like a car you need to make a body for it that looks like a car, make it like a bike and make the part that looks like a car around it, good brakes, an extra seat, you already have the wheel so paint it, and add some stuff that looks like a car like mph thing, thing and so on. @scoobydog411 I built the wheels from oak and blank bicycle rims that I got from a bicycle wheel manufacturer. I am in the process right now of restoring the car to new and hope to have it finished for the 4th of July. Thanks for the comment.
