Those pages are the very chord charts I used to write the song. They do match up for the "basic" chords. I just don't spell-out the little doodahs. I just "know" to add the "little extras" without writing it out. I figure the basic chords are easy enough for anyone to use, and for those who are more advanced, they can add the "sustained" and "suspendeds" or whatever without having them written down. It's a basic chart only, useful to everyone, I hope. The video shows the doodahs I can't name.

The chords here are too simple - they don't match up with your fingering video.
