Sounds like a stepping stone for all the arguments behind the pro-life movement. If they can prove an unborn baby is a person by that unborn baby being killed, it adds to the argument of the pro-lifers. Both probably don't care about the pregnant lady in the accident losing her baby, both (especially Conway) have hidden agendas. Never trust a politician using the tragedy of someone for their own political platform.
