@salemcripple yea, I don't have a double pedal and never tried double bass when I made this... I've worked on it a bit with an electric kit and posted south of heaven with double bass... will do more if I get around to it.. don't make vids very often.

Ride and hats sound absolutely amazing! I <3 Mb20s! Not sure I agree on the dipped sticks though, all they did for me was tear my hands up and give me blisters...

@Mp5Drummer Thanks! since the vid I also picked up a 17" heavy crash (not a great crash but awesome as a crash ride for a steady heavy crashes in some songs chorus) If you think the dips are bad try Valter stick wrap...play a full gig and you will see bone. anyway I hold the sticks real light so they will fly away without it, now my hands are like a catchers mit with all the calluses.

@grabiel85 In the 20+ years I've been playing I never bothered to work on double bass. However now I want to and since this vid I have been working on it. It's going well and I'm having fun with it. I plan on starting out simple and maybe posting Dead Skin Mask pretty soon. The more comfortable I get with it, the more Slayer vids I'll do....but no more single pedal Slayer lol.

Man, i really wish I could help you out, but I'm leaving for New York in 2 days then to Florida for 2 weeks so there is no way I could throw that together for you. That being said I put this together in about an hour (the drumming, not the vid editing) I don't play it note for note and I didn't use double bass....just break it down section by section and there are only 2 or 3 fills to work on.. the rest is pretty basic! Good Luck!

my advice.

Listen to this song as much as you can, when your on the computer, before you go to sleep. just 24-7.

once your brain has the dynamics you will be able to play it no prpoblem.
