If it was a first effort then it would be ok but when you actually look at it almost everything is flawed. Next time add more frames. If it still rates low then try asking for help from more advanced users.

Lets start from the top, NEVER use default sticks, they dont have a backbone. If you cant make your own download some from Droidz.org. Smoothness... Make sure that their are more frames between each motion.

Use some more frames and add a backbone to your stickmen, other than that it was pretty cool. Take a look at the one I made too.
